Admissions process

1. Compiling and sending your application file

  1. Completed and signed application form, CV and cover letter (2 pages max)
  2. A copy of your ID and most recent qualification
  3. Latest certificate of results from a recognized English test*

A €95 application fee applies for participants in a selection session only. This fee is retained by the Institut Magellan, even if the candidate is not admitted or does not complete all or part of the selection tests, for whatever reason.

*If no certificate is provided, a written English test must be taken prior to the half-day admissions session.

2. Processing

  1. Your application is examined by our admissions team
  2. They decide if you meet the prerequisites
  3. If so, you will be invited to a half-day admissions session

3. Half-day admissions session in person or via videoconference

  1. Information session and meeting with alumni
  2. Interview with two members of teaching staff
  3. Oral English test 
  4. Written English test to complete before the session if you cannot provide an official certificate (TOEIC, TOEFL, etc.) attesting to the required English level. 

4. Decision on admission

Applicants receive a written response within a week. 

5. Administrative enrollment

Preparation of your administrative enrollment documents

6. Search for a corporate placement

  1. Update your CV (enrolled in the Institut Magellan MBA)
  2. First steps in finding a corporate assignment (internship or work-study program) with support from the teaching team
