The International Human Resources Manager may occupy a generalist position, or specialize in various HR areas of expertise, which he\/she will put to work for all the company's entities.\u00a0<\/p><p>Our specialized MBAs in International Human Resources, which can be taken on completion of an HR MASTER or as part of a career change or retraining program, prepare you to tackle all the technical and managerial aspects of this function.<\/p><p>The role of International Human Resources Manager, for which Institut Magellan's future HR MBAs are preparing, plays a key role in all organizations whose activities are partly international, whether they are large French or foreign companies, ETIs (mid-sized companies), fast-growing start-ups or even public organizations.\u00a0<\/p><p>The main tasks of the International Human Resources Manager are to draw up the HR strategy for an international company, implement the associated HR management processes and manage them on a global scale, steer global HR transformation projects, and support functional (business) teams in their organizational, cultural and managerial transformation projects on an
