They play a key role in defining, implementing and deploying HR processes in line with corporate strategy and global objectives.<\/p><p>As true orchestral conductors, these professionals must be capable of establishing global HR policies, rules, processes and tools, which can be used in all the countries where the company operates, as well as supporting their deployment in each zone. They are required to work on transformation projects in all types of international environments, and to manage legal, social, health and safety risks.<\/p><p>They are also responsible for <b>management of all the Group's talents and their international mobility<\/b>They are in charge of attracting and retaining talent, both local and global. They steer the Group's attraction and retention policies, adapting them to the changing environment. Managing <b>Compensation &amp; Benefits policy<\/b> (For example, compensation structures, executive compensation, minimum benefits package in each subsidiary) is also part of their role's scope.<\/p><p><b>International Human Resources Management <\/b>requires a combination of analytical and strategic skills (ability to analyze complex data, understand global market trends and develop HR strategies aligned with global corporate objectives), technical skills (knowledge of business lines, global vision of corporate organization, international regulations, diversity\/inclusion, etc.) and professional aptitudes (leadership, team management, active listening, adaptation, flexibility, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, etc.).<\/p><p>Depending on the size and level of structuring of the HR function within international companies, the job of International Human Resources Manager can be found in the following different types of positions, often in English so that they can be identified and understood throughout the world: <b>Responsable des Ressources Humaines internationales \/ International HR manager; Talent Manager; Compensation &amp; Benefits manager \/ specialist; Global Mobility Manager \/ Responsable de la Mobilit\u00e9 Internationale; Responsable ressources humaines de population ou de r\u00e9gion \/ HR Business Partner<\/b> (e.g. EMEA -Europe, Middle East and Africa-, APAC, Asia-Pacific).<\/p><p>As training courses for international Human Resources Managers are rare, most job opportunities come through the Cercle Magellan, a network created in 1998 with the mission of bringing them together to help them structure and professionalize their practices.
